Return Policy

Return Policy ^^^^All Returns MUST be approved before being shipped back to me. Return confirmation via email or phone. ^^^^Returns Must be recieved within 10 days of date that you recieved the item(s). ^^^^Special Orders will have their own return policy, a copy of the items return policy will be sent with the item. ^^^^Not all return policies will be the same. ^^^^Refunds will be given only on vaild returns. ****Misuse,Mishandling,Intentional Damage will not be acceptable return requests. ****Damage caused durring shipping will be the delivery carriers concern, not mine. I suggest requesting insurance on all items over $10.00 (ten dollars) ****If insurance in not requested, none will be provided. ****Un-insured items that are damaged/lost/"stollen"(Durring shippment/delivery only. Not after you recieve the item.) will be a loss for the customer, as I am not responsible for the items once they leave my hands and go to the shipper. ^^^^For questions about a return, please go to the contact page to email me.
